Good god, so much negativity, and wrong statements. There's no national ban in public places in Spain for a start - fact - I live there!!

We just can't win can we - read the quote below:

If there is no evidence of harm, why will some sell to under 18?s and others not? Is there something we don’t know?

If sold to under 18's its wrong, if only sold to over 18's it's suspicious

This article is poorly researched. The reason that some will sell to under 18s and some won't isn't down to some secret about harm, it's about vapers who care trying to protect their industry from being regulated out of existence. Nothing else.

Plenty... myself included. Smokers are finding out that there is a healthier alternative to smoking that doesn't have to taste bad and leave you smelling like an ashtray.

I've tried flavours from Cheesecake and Custard to Vodka and Lime and a range of flavours inbetween. I've settled on fruit/aniseed/menthol flavours after a long (and enjoyable) time experimenting.

I can now breathe better, run without gasping for breath and look forward to a more active life with my young son.

These products are actively saving my life.

Stop throwing mud in the hope that it will stick despite the medical community slowly, but surely, disproving all of the false propaganda. Or do some research, open your eyes, and sign the EFVI www.efvi.co.uk.

Well said and it's nice to read valid points without the usual hyperbole and misinformation. I don't want it to be a case of us against them but for too long it's been the case of the minority dictating what the majority can and cannot do and they'll twist any so called research to suit their means as long as it fits their view.

The report was requested + commissioned by the Welsh Govt who have an indoor ban agenda, so is immediately viewed with justifiable scepticism

The lady who wrote the opinion piece was savaged on twitter (now closed her account apparently) the website in the OP has now seemingly closed for any comments

There is no ban in public places in Spain as the article said. What was agreed by way of compromise apparently (by a Spanish e-cig organisation that was formed via one of the Spanish e-cig forums) with the government/health minister is that e-cigs were not to be used in/around hospitals and I think schools, other than that there is no ban in public places.
