Out yesterday at family BBQ.  I got very drunk and thought I fancied a stinky.  Had one drag and had to put it out, yuck yuck yuck.  ( though I must point out I want actually sick!). Makes you wonder why we did it?

i did it at Christmas someone was smokeing a l&b and i used to smoke them one drag and i felt like i was goinng to be sick it did taste very bad i wont be doing that again lol

A friend was struggling to light her cig in strong wind, so I offered to light it for her. It was rank & I won't be offering again. Does make you wonder why we all did it & now, just about all of us hate the taste, smell etc.... thank goodness.

I was on holiday in France last August, and thought I would try one of my wife's Chesterfields bought on the campsite - what a mistake! Foul taste, even after quite a few Ricards, and I had to resort to my PVC for a chance to clear my palate. I wonder what they would taste like after nearly a year on, but just remembering the foul taste in my mouth last year makes me stop right there.
As an aside, my sense of smell must be improving. I was kayaking on the river Fal last night with some mates, and suddenly smelt tobacco smoke. Looking around, there was absolutely no-one within at least a mile of us, in fact probably rather more, and certainly not in front of us as we were paddling into a Force 3, so enough air movement to negate any chance of the smoke wafting from another direction. That means the smoke must have travelled at least 1.5 miles on a breeze, getting diluted all the time and I could still smell it. Never did find out where it was coming from - maybe someone aboard a yacht or ashore having a fag on a beach somewhere. Strange, but rather good . . .
