My Zmax is currently upside down in a glass of rice for various reasons, so luckily for me I;ve got 10 Evods & 2 MVPs to fall back on (and yes I still smoke but it's getting easier not to & I punch myself in the face every time I have one)

What keeps me vaping is the fact that I have to use the smoke shelter at work, the smell is rancid and it reminds me of how I used to smell

My biggest test is when I go on holiday in August BUT..... I'm stocking up on shiny stuff to help me out!

OH and I started vaping in Feb this year and found a packet of baccy at the back of the drawer early March, we decided to roll one just to see what it was like after a few weeks off of it. We were really shocked at how dirty it tasted! The head rush and fog was horrific, felt like being 14 and having a fag for the first time   We were both really nauseous for a few hours too lol! I was amazed how a couple of hardcore smokers could feel so different over such a short space of time. I don't have any desire to try another one

Same with me !! Resisted for 10 month and don't think I could but guess if if I did it would be so easy to start again !

The truthfull answer is that there is no alternative.
Yes I dare to say that on a vaping forum because it is true.

I have always hated the smell, never allowed myself to smoke indoors etc, but no matter what you vape, what set up you use, it is vaping not smoking.

Give a ciggie a go, you will hate the taste, and the smell all around you will seem quadruple what it is.

You will vape mint or something straight afterwards to rid the taste.

Vaping is not smoking, there are too many chemicals in ciggies for any of us to ever get our fix, but try a ciggie, you probably wont enjoy it

In this vid Mr G explains how a cigarette consists of 19 puffs. Say 20 puffs. If you smoked 20 a day, that'd be 400 times A PACK you're dragging carcinogens, tar, and other stuff into your system that weakens your respiratory system, blood, and brain, all because of one thing, nicotine. Vaping gives you nicotine without the rest of the crap. And it costs a damn sight less.
