Thats good to hear Has anyone got any comments/suggestions on how the website is or how they might feel it could be improved? I've signed up this morning. I like the site, it's clean, easy to navigate and find things. Alot of other sites could learn from that. You could update your comp page. Best of luck, I don't need to buy anything atm, but I'll keep you in mind. ps I'd really fill in your "about us" page and stick a telephone number up, that sort of thing is important to new buyers.

I'm with the guys Alex, nice and clean to navigate round . . . although I'd like to see the 'About Us' page filled in, along with a bit more information on your juice.
From a maybe biased point, links to a couple of non affiliated Vaping forums could also be useful for would be Vapers and more experienced users alike.

Thanks for the comments so far i'll get to work on getting more information on to the site I've been going through the stats of the site and seeing what vistors visit and whilst alot of people look round the site i get alot of people loosing interest at the homepage it seems so thought its time to start getting feedback to try and help everyone I'll get some links up to forums as whilst i have one on the site i dont really think it would really get used much but then even if new visitors came to the site and then found out about forums and all the other vendors i'll be happy as i'll still be helping spread the word on vaping

It's not easy to achieve, doing it cyberly rather than in person . . . but I reckon any Supplier of ecig gear or anything for that matter has to convey a friendly, yet professional ambience on their site . . . it's a fine line between bombarding them with too much info and not quite enough. Plus you have to have that certain 'something' that makes you stand out/ be different to everyone else selling similar. Have you done any video reviews of the kit you stock Alex? Seeing a face behind a product could maybe help generate a personal touch and also give valuable information. Just thinking aloud really, hope you don't mind.

i think having something that stands out is important... most vendors have something that sets them aside from the crowd.... Vapeescape have Grizwalds, UKeLiquid have Vermillion River, Safercigs has bauway 306 & Buds, Ecig Wizards has Lavatubes, Liberty Flights had Pinkspot, ecigz had GG's, Vapourworld have Cheap big bottles of juice, freedomvape and paradise vape have handmade juice.
one thing i would do if i was a new vendor is import a big name US juice like Kickass vapor, backward brew, copper creek, alien vision etc ...loads of UK vapours have heard alot about them from other forums such as ECF or youtube reviews but not had a chance to try... it would certainly get you noticed and put on the map

Completely agree Gordy, having a 'something' that has the wow/want factor then leads onto customer's picking up other items from the store whilst buying that must have.
What about a range of flavourings as well . . . Capella is a name I hear good reports about, although I've not tried them, but they'd be different to what other Supplier's currently stock.

received my order many thanks, thanks for the gift too, only i dont know what it is only tried the cherry cigar flavour in 16mg, it is excellent, i prefer a good flavour over a good throat hit and this juice offers just that, its a smooth tasting juice, with an unmistakable cherry taste which leaves a lovely taste in your mouth, lots of vapour too, just the right strength for me too and all at a briliant price and quick delivery thank you so much 10/10 from me!

Glad you like the flavours as i start to get more feedback etc with the juices i'll stock bigger bottles etc but with vapourhut being new, i reckon the 5ml's ive got are a nice little sample sizes for people to test out as for the free gift... was it a black pouch? if so its more just a little carry pouch if you dont have a case it just offers a little protection than having everything loose in your pocket

lovely flavours cant put the cherry cigar one down. I like them in smaller bottles to try, will definitely be getting a bigger bottle of the cherry one when they come out.
The gift looks like a usb charger on one side and a phone/camera charger on the other and it extends out, not sure to be honest what it does!!!

for me and my sweet tooth id like to see marzipan bounty tiramasu rhubarb crumble
Would be nice too if you put them into categories, i always like being able to see the different "shops" various sizes would be nice too, but keep the 5mls going too,its nice to sample what you have on offer in a smaller size.
