Strange isn't it? We all used to be smokers and didn't think twice about the smells emanating from us, and yet now we are all much more sensitive to the smell and it actually makes us feel ill at times. I have already related the smell of tobacco smoke wafting over the river when I was out kayaking last Saturday evening, but I ought to add that it smelled absolutely lovely, all warm and chocolatey, with hints of all sorts in it, but I'm sure that if I had copped a load of it after it had been inhaled, it would have been a different matter entirely!
