Aspire Nautilus Success

Im a big fan of the Nautilus but the atomiser heads can be hit or miss at the best of times. Now after doing a bit of searching on youtube I came across this video

 

So I decided to give it a go and its surprisingly simple to do and.....works a treat! 

I now have a 1.4ohm coil in it now and it performs even better than the stock dual coil. I would seriously suggest giving this a go if you have one!

Hi @jasksta yeah Rip is awesome very funny but educational all his videos are worth a watch. Glad it worked for you I have done the same thing and the results are amazing I now do all my bottom fed coils much better than stock one's and a fraction of the price.

I'm recoiling the Nautilus a different way - I am drilling 2 holes for the wick to protrude and making single coil,  being a newbie coil maker my resistances are all over the place just done 2
1 .28 kanthal 8 wraps = 2.1 ohms
2 .28 kanthal 7 wraps = 1.7 ohms

my target is 1.6 - I'll get there one day

did a couple .25 the other day and they were not right either

I know what you mean DiscoDes I found him annoying at first but he's passionate about vaping and really knows his stuff so now I persevere and giggle at his Yankee whooping ways lol.

hes annoying, more so that its all acting to get more views, makes it fake and all the jump cuts aswell, watch his earlier reviews when hes normal compared to now, seems so fake
