Camping Hols!!!!!!

Why can't we just enjoy the run up to a few days away.

List of things that have gone wrong

Hubby decided about a month ago that the rear window surround needed sorting, there was some rust there
Waiting on ticket and pass for Classic Car Show at Waddington Airshow this coming weekend
Hubby spends day on Friday down at Goodwood Festival of Speed (that put Saturday out as he was knackered after leaving at 2am Fri and getting back at 2am Sat)
Need a new airbed
Need a camping loo
Need to get mains adaptor for Cool Box off friend (he lives in Ormskirk) which he borrowed to use earlier for trip to Isle of Man
Need to check a camping loo will fit in the car, along with tent paraphanalia etc.
Hubby decides grass has to be cut before we can go anywhere (it's hot here at the moment and it usually takes him a couple of hours to do it all)
Tax the car
Get clobber ready (with full wet gear just in case)

And the most important thing make sure I have batteries, juice, coils and working attys
All I can say is come on and lay down some noise on Saturday & Sunday, love me planes I do

Does anyone know of a decent shop around the Lincoln area just in case?

Can't help you with the shop I'm afraid anubis, but can empathise with your stress before you go. It's always the same for us. I've just treated us to a new Bell tent and told Mr Lairey it only weighs slightly more than our old tent...   then he picked it up!  The problem is we're going to a festival and he has to drag a cart from the car up a pretty big hill with all our stuff in it, so he's not overly impressed and has told me I have to reduce the rest of the gear to make up for it   No idea how I will manage that, unless I leave his wellies and half his clothes a home 

Just think about how much fun you'll have once you get there and in the meantime, lots of wine helps
