just had a card put through the door to say parcel at sorting office with insufficient funds of 11p plus £1 handling charge total payment due £1.11 cheeky gits I get about 70 - 80 parcels delivered here every day for work and send out 70 - 80 parcels every day and I do know the post man by name if the post man can grab them before the £8 handling fee that goes on customs parcels goes through processing he will he has saved me a fortune in the past don't know what the parcel is and there is only one way to find out I will have to go and collect I suppose

bound to be but I know them at the sorting office I will ask them to look if its a letter I wont pay but if its a parcel someone might have sent me a mod for repair so I wont leave them in the lurch I would rather pay it fix it and get it returned they may be stuck without backups

My postman struggles with the concept of door numbers sometimes.

If your bored you can open all your junk mail, take out the bits that identify you and use the pre paid return envelopes to send them interesting offers from other mail spammers.

That sounds like a large letter paid as a small one.
Packets have bigger gaps in charging bands.

good point mate I will find out but I am not paying for letters but some small mods can come as a large letter spinners twists ect

don't think anyone would send me a love letter more chance of a letter bomb the amount of hassle I have had with manufacturers thinking there stuff is fit for sale and I have back healed it through safety issues happens most days

LOL .. I'm glad I'm not the only one that does this VapingBad !!   I also use the pre-paid envelopes to send them other stuff they may find useful like used t-bags and any other rubbish I have lying around

this whole new postage thing is crap. The one juice I sent this week to carpman1 cost £2.50 as it wouldn't quite fit through the bloody hole in the guide thingy.
Lets go back to the old days or come up with a better sizing/price thing .. if it fits through a letter box it;s one price - if it doesn't charge extra ?? all those in favour say Aye ! LOL
