They'll be fine. Just watch out for the price though.

£9 should do it (650mAh). Some eGos are cheaper, but not Joyetech ones.

Depends what you tried to buy and what you might get instead.

Never heard of them, but if you can test it, and tell them its faulty, they should refund/replace.
I'd be sketchy about a replacement of they same thing?

Their t+c says there is a 14 day warranty on batts- are you within this time? If not, let them know in no uncertain terms, that trading standars would not be very happy to find out that someone is selling dangerous over voltage batteries.

Test it if you can, but as ronaldo said, don't charge it until it is tested.

Evod batteries should be fine
