I've not been impressed with the durability of 18350 red Efests, I have 9 from 3 batches, each batch had different internal resistances, 3 have been scrapped after about 200 charges and the remaining 6 don't hold their voltage very well a couple of days after charging they drop roughly 0.4 V. When I next get some I probably gonna try the Orbtroincs from Torchy.

I don't know much about AW's or Efests. Never used either.
I have a couple of Torchies 18350's, but apart from that, it's all been Panasonics for me, until I got a few of the Sony VTC's.
I started with the NCR18650B's, then tried a couple NCR18650PD's. Both I found excellent in my VW mods. Worked a treat, and the B's had epic battery life, not that the PD's were much behind.
When I started out with the mechs, I got a couple pairs of CGR18650CH's. They are REALLY an excellent battery. Absolutely no problem in any device I use, and seem to hit harder than the previous batteries. Although that could just be placebo effect, I really don't know.
I have since started dropping coil resistances, so invested in a pair of Sony VTC4's and a pair of VTC5's. Both amazing batteries, decent life, and the all important amp ratings for serious sub-ohm vaping.
To be honest, I just kick about with the CGR's and VTC's now. CGR's in regulated mods as the 10A limit in them is fine for such mods. There are very few (if any) regulated mods capable of breaking this limit. The VTC's are therefore used exclusively in mechs. Well I do have one in my DNA 30 mod, just in case. But it wont fire below 0.5 Ohm's, and is limited to 30 watts, so that's only 7.75 Amps, so even then, the CGR's should be fine.
As for the charger, I currently use the Nitecore i4. But I am getting a Nitecore D4 this week, and will do a little review of it. My intention is to compare it to the i4, and see how it performs, although I have no real idea on how to test them side by side, lol.
I just fancied the idea of seeing the voltage in the batteries at any time, and the xtar was even more expensive.

That's probably a photo taken from elsewhere. All my AWs have the hologram sticker. Well no offence Ripshod but with that comment how can you say that the Exhale ones are fake... thats two vendors (cloud9 and exhale) with the same stickers on their pics but you consider one to be fake based on their picture but not the other who has the same picture??????

Also got 4 NCR18650B that get use with high r coils in a mech, bit naughty really.

do you use all of them vb? i was going to stock up on battetys but didnt want them sitting there for months on end not getting used Normally I rotate 6 VTCs & 5 CGR, but have added my spares so I can have 20 high drain 18650 for camping this summer and it takes about 6 cycles to break them in. Your are right there is no point having too many on the go at one time and they sit in the box fully charges for more than a few days. When I want to rest them I discharge to 3.6-3.7 V. Life is just easier if you only have to get the battery charger out every two or 3 days and I am never have to make time to charge or run out of charges batteries. I have 3 chargers so I can charge 4 @ 2 A + 2 @ 1 A, 6 @ 1A or 6 @ 0.5 A and don't have to leave them unattended. That's just me, I won't buy a mobile with a fixed battery either, I refuse to be a slave to my batteries they are there to serve me. Oh and I can never imagine charging a phone from an eCig, I would rather be without a phone any day.

Im like that with sealed battery stuff, thats why i wont have an iphone or anything like it, to me its just a con to get you to buy another device once the battery is done, sneaky to say the least, i was going to try an MPV until the sealed battery popped its head up.

It's called built-in obsolescence, cApple get away with it as the people who buy new iCr@p always want the latest thing and value doesn't enter the equation. For me its also a lot to do with convenience and not haveing to organise myself around have I got this or that charged.

I'm having problems with my i2 charger too so have just bought one of THESE Efest LUC V4 ragjoy , they are the newer version so hopefully won't overcharge my batteries like the older version. I hope your Efeat LUC4 is better than mine was, it was the new version and I sent it back because of the over charging. IIWY check the voltage of the batteries after charging to be sure. Got my Efest LUC V4 today and have some batteries charging on it at the moment, but I have no way of checking the voltage of my batteries so how would I go about checking them safely and on the cheap? I wouldn't know how to use a multimeter on them to be honest as I don't have one or access to one, so any other way?

I got a few cheapies form eBay and this one in 0-17 V was the most accurate, you just put the red wire on the +ve and the black on the other end after taking them out of the charger, you can even use them to check while charging. And they fit in your pocket and don't need their own battery so a good portable battery checker.
