You haven't missed anything Anne  There is often a pattern to Chinese spammers - no offence meant to our good Chinese suppliers. The spammers join & either straight away spam all over the forum & that kind of makes it too easy for us to deal with. The more "subtle" ones, start off posting smilies & "I want to be your friend" type of posts. (((Bel))) I like to give the benefit of the doubt to begin with as well, hence why Amy wasn't banned instantly, even though I had my suspicions. But thanks to a report from one of our members & a moderator on late night duty, the spam, when it started, was immediately removed & "Amy" was moved on |
