Sorry Fred it went in this morning and was emptied lunch time the only part left is the cardboard box and a QC card(joke) which will disappear next week in the other bin.

I don't think you should have to do that Graham, I'm sure it will get resolved for you  Vendors need to take full responsibility for faulty goods especially as they do good business here. No point you throwing $20 in the bin, that says it's ok to ship faulty goods. It's not okay in my book and standing your ground will help vendors to trade ethically which, in turn, will help others on here to get quality service for their money.
