The inhalators that are legally sold, and backed by the government, and available to buy over the counter ( I believe the age is 12 )

They  come in packs of 20 cartridges.
Each cartridge contains 15mg of nicotine.
The say to use upto 6 cartridges per day.

I can't say for certain, but does the packaging say toxic on it??
If not then they knew the real truth all along so how could they ever say e-liquid was toxic?

Does this finding also affect their - only tanks / clearomisers allowed are leakproof ones? ( Which don't really exist )
If the liquid is not as fatal as they have tried to suggest, then surely they have lost that argument as well.

No sammy13, it just proves that a lot of the "facts" the EU minions used to write the TPD were wrong (this was pointed out at the time). But it makes those bits of the TPD look even more ridiculous. The press release Toots posted is only one side of A4 that explains what it means more than going into detail.

This news is great, but I bet it doesn't make the news!

The press wont be particularly interested - the people who count in this is trading standards.

There were several juices pulled by Spanish Trading standards last week. Those cases now
have a strong case to take to court, I hope they do as this news needs demonstrating legally.
With the view given by UK trading Standards it sounds like they are happy to go along with
the report, so they will probably keep their distance for the time being.
The findings of themselves cant stop the TPD being rolled out - but offer yet another legal argument
when it comes to refuting the laws in a court room. The only element left of the whole TPD
that has something to offer is purity, which still needs to be defined.
