When you have 180 days to file a claim? This was only implemented in the middle of June. Anything ordered before then is still subject to 45 days. Its that new that (as of yesterday) the help pages on PayPal still haven't been updated with the new timeframe. Most of the post you've seen regarding claiming, will have been ordered before that dat/, as folk generally don't even think there's a problem from China for at least 4 weeks! |

If that's what the date of it is- yes!
Anything ordered before that date had the old t+c applied to it, so only 45 days.
