easyus and paragon are good to, but MiniTool Drive Copy should do you.
I have about 60 CDs og Ghost images, Since Norton bought it it has gone Corporate and focuses on large scale deployment IIRC. No more bunging a disk in and rebooting for home users.

Nice free tool hereWorks from xp to win 8. Can handle raids and even lets you create PE or linux rescue discs. Simple to use, free for personal use. Used to love Ghost back in the day, but like most other norton software, it's now bloated donkeyware.

Used clonezilla for this, works fine for me, and quick. Can do whole hard drive image or partitions, makes a small backup image too. No pro on it though, forums are pretty good being opensource if you can't find a answer someone will help you pretty quick.

It does for the copying operations, but lumps partitioning, formatting, compressing, etc commands into a user interface for those that are scared of the command line.

I use terminal a fair bit but mostly for operations where I'm copying and pasting from forums. I can never remember the correct commands from one month to the next!
