I think the SVD is a gorgeous mod. Pictures don't do it justice. I liked how it looked but as soon as I got one in my hand I was I. Love. It's an absolutely stunning mod.
This is a massive step back looks wise IMHO and I'd still go for the original over this no matter how much more advanced it is.

But my SVD is my weapon of vape destruction. It feels great, looks mean and feels tough. I lurve it. If only the bloody button would work more than 30% of the time. Damn shame. I keep being drawn to a panzer clone mech mod as i reckon they might just feel the same in the hand. Ruffie

I sold it as I was using the SID more and regretted it. More so now I've killed the SID. But the SVD is just a gorgeous mod. I love that it looks like Doctor Who's sonic screwdriver. I loved the buttons the engraving everything. And pictures really don't do it justice. You have to see it to fully appreciate it haha.

I wonder just how many bad buttons are out there and how unlucky you have to be have one start failing?. Such a shame as I'd probably not get another just because it happened to me and I've read too many other rip stories. Using the vamo just now and it's nice but does feel a bit slippy in the hand. Cool screen and I really like it's button all be it a bit rattly. And found out today it won't take my flat top battery. Grrrrrrrrruff

I'd take a faulty button over unusable right now! I only have flat top batteries and they work fine in both the vamo v5 and the v2.

Jerri i dunno mate. It just won't take it. I think the heatshrink tubing is a bit of an overlap causing a wee gap between the terminal and the wrap. Ever so slightly an inverted top if you will. Oh well, looks like they can have a battery a piece until I can get some more. Ruffie
