Panasonic NCR18650B battery

Would these panasonci NCR18650B batteries be safe to use in a mechanical MOD without a kick with coils between 1.8 and 2 ohms?

I'm looking for PROTECTED batteries for no kick mech mods. I, personally, won't risk it

Im the opposite I use unprotected (safer chemistry) batteries in everything.

The NCR's PD and PF are a hybrid (safer chemistry), they are actually LiNiCoAl and LiNiCOMnO2

But its down to which you feel comfortable using. If you would use a VTC3,4 or 5 in a mech then the NCR's are just as safe. The difference would be 30A for the sony and 10A for the panasonics

just remember it can be a proper PIA to get batteries shipped over from China at the moment, Try Torchy on either Ebay or UKV. Sound guy and is within UK so no problems.

I already had some of the Panasonic NCR18650B batteries as I used them with a kick.

Sometimes the kick won`t fit in certain MOD tubes so I decided to use just the battery and when the vape starts to drop off change the battery.

That`s why I asked about the NCR18650B batteries to make sure they were safe to use without a kick.
