Super light weight mod

[Cousin Itt]

Decided to make a very light full ally 18350 mod today.
6061 tube and button, T6, 7075 top cap for a stronger 510 thread. Black anodised . I didn`t want to see any vent holes so I put them in the top cap.

Got the weight down to 52 grams inc battery, my stainless 4nine clone comes in at 83 grams. Being all ally there is a noticeable performance difference too Left a couple of ridges on the tube to help keep my fingers from blocking the air hole.

53 grams won't keep me as safe as my brass sentinel clone in18650 mode with SS kayfun clone, when I'm walking through the cemetery at night, though Tease-smiley

Nice job piper1, although don't like the idea of vent holes a the end you point at your face to be honest. Love everything else about it though.

In almost every type of engineered product light weight is synonymous with high quality and clever design, maybe its a few influential reviews that confuse heavy with quality that is the cause of the eCig market favouring bloaty products.

Next one Cousin Itt does will probably have holes drilled all over it and be lighter than a helium filled balloon come to think of it that'd reduce the weight substantially and it'd look cool with the battery showing... Right someone pass Cousin Itt the drill

that's a idea you made some attey cages a couple of weeks ago a mod made the same design would have all the vents it would need and would be ultra light and a torchy plain blue battery in it would look great
but then again all your mods look great
