I have been away for a few days so i may have missed any problems with the above company,has anyone not received there orders,mine was ordered on the 11th July and i am still waiting,have they gone belly up or is it just my order,thanks all.

What was your order number? Others will be able to tell you if they've recived orders that have a higher number.

They have just replied to my email and said it was sent out on either the 14th or 16th,they also said RM does not always deliver 1st class next day so would i leave it until the end of the week,now even if it was the 16th that has given them 4 days to deliver so i am not a happy bunny.

The post can be an arse. Royal mail rules are a first class parcel is not lost until 15 working days have passed from expected delivery date .

I completely understand your frustration. It annoys us when stuff like this happens too because it makes us look bad as well as it being necessarily frustrating for you. If I thought there was any chance we'd messed it up I'd have sent your order out again earlier but with the postage system we have in place it's pretty much impossible for us to lose an order. I hope you've received the order now anyway. If not just reply or send us another email and we'll sort something out for you.
