Have you tried mixing your own.

I always have BJ which I knock up using Blackjack vintage (FlavourArt) via Chefs V. here:

I have some Black Jack mixed from Vampire Vapes concentrate.

It is 11mg Nic which is a bit high for me, nearly 10ml left.
