where i can get a fan from looked high and low today in Thetford and not one decent fan unless i want to spend in excess of £200 for a super duper one to be found anywhere, I could really use a break from this weather didn't even have much of the storms last weekend just the one small one really compared to most around my area,
all i want is a fan on a stand that will blow cool air on my face and body, my body hates the heat and legs don't work very well in this weather, spent half the time trying to stay cool with water but i need a fan,
The search for the elusive fan continues .............................

I know it's not exactly what you want, but home bargains do a great little usb fan. I'm seriously bad with heat and this fan has done a great job of keeping me cool for 3 years. Perfect device for sitting at PC or laptop, and if you add your stand fan, it gives you the big one for body, and this smaller one for that beautiful breeze on the face.

i'm on the bed most of the time at the mo, hence i need a stand fan, but by the time i find one that is powerful enough, the heatwave will be over and it will be raining lol i have a tower one just doesn't give off enough air, so wanted a fan one, i wanted one from argos has great reviews just put of stock everywhere local i've tried even tried my parents address and it was out of stock there as well, think it's just the sudden rush of fans when it gets hot, hopefully they will have some more in soon,

I bought a fan heater from B&M a few months ago for £7-£9 and it has a cooling feature where by it just uses the fan without the heating element lol. It's quite powerful and gives a really strong breeze, also warms up a room in about 5 minutes in the winter time

A 'crafty' lady like you..... Take yourself a piece of A4 paper (thickish if possible). At the long edge, fold over ½ inch. Now fold that back the other way ½ inch. Rinse and repeat until you reach the far side of the paper. Pinch the bottom of your folded sheet, and carefully fan it out. Seeeeemples! Now you have a wad of cash to spend on vaping(which you can use all year round), rather than a fan (which you would only use in the summer)!
