If you're using 18350 batteries you should NOT be charging them at 1A it's too high and will damage them, this could be why one has failed.

You should switch to the 0.5A setting

You can charge a 18650 at 1 Amp.

oh right that's obviously what I have done wrong too late for that battery, can someone point me in right direction as to where to buy batteries please will go change it now thanks
