anyone know what wrong with it, it was working fine then needed battery changed, changed it and it coming up low vol, I have cleaned all points using a cotton bud still no joy anyone know what I can try please x

Have you cleaned the battery positive - up inside the tube, that's where I would check first. i would also check the actual voltage on the battery, with either a volt meter or another mod.

yes cleaned point on battery but don't have another mod to try on and don't have a volt meter do you think it could be I need new battery, am waiting on other battery charging to see if it will work just seems strange that it suddenly went low vol, using my first ego and that's not cutting it for me and can only find one of them lol

How long have you had the batteries Summer and have they been greatly used . . . as well as cleaning the contacts.

I have had the batteries about a year, and I normally clean contacts roughly every 3 weeks, that's battery contacts and contacts on zmax.batterys used constantly as well x

What battery charger are you using? Some have a small switch on the side, if it's switched to 3 volts it won't charge your battery.

From what i can remember when fast charging batteries they dont stay at their peak charge for as long as it would after a slow charge,plus it shortens their life span, try charging it at 0.25a setting and see what happens... its a stab in the dark tho... have you tried different batteries in it.

Have you tried removing your atomiser first, I think you can get the "LOW VOL" message when the atomiser is shorting, also check the centre pin gromet is not split.

Unless you can borrow another battery the only thing i can think of doing is.... charge the battery, pop it in and go to the setting that tells you how much voltage is in the battery, then see if it does it again... would be better if you could check the voltage independently tho.

right other battery charged and its working perfectly ok, so I assume my battery is done, can someone help me as I have no idea where I bought them they are grey batterys other than that I don't know any more
