I was anti internal battery, and always have been, i think its a con but i have to admit for the price you can get the batteries for its not as big a deal as i thought,.. whenever i used to think of internal batteries i used think iPhone ...lol.. this is totaly different from switching out a iPhone battery, totaly different cost level too, i guess it will depend on what wattage you vape at too and how often as you cant just switch it out as per normal but im getting around 2 days on a full charge.. 1.6 ohm at around 9 to 10 watts.... its a lot better than i thought it would be i must admit.

Thanks for all the replies! The vtr is sounding like the best bet so far. What do you guys make of the new Hana Modz DNA 30 Clone? They look pretty cool but not sure about the reliability of clones... Never had a clone so quite dubious... I have one and useing it now not bad at all but all I will say is that it is a CLONE and will not be as good as the real thing so if it does brake in a week it is a clone

All I can say is check my store. Im not allowed to activley sell in a thread outside of the vendors area You don't need to with all these recommendations @agenthoover integral batteries is a lifestyle and economic choice and there is no right answer, I have 6 mech mods, 1 DNA (bits on order for a second DNA as ronaldo has not got his fortyniner out yet) , about 30 IMRs and 3 battey charges so I can charge up a weeks worth of batteries and never have to think about when I need to find a charger (FREEDOM), if I had 30 integral battery mods I would be divorced and in debtors jail plus they could go out of date in a few months. But I may contain nuts.

I just think the VTR is a bad idea... its too big for practical use .. your limited with tanks and atties, when you use the extension it ends up looking like Ken Dodds tickling stick, and there is the increasing amount of people who are having problems with the 510 connection, a quick google search is proof of that, i mean people are even sticking airflow controlers on them to save the 510 connection.... each to their own i guess but i would stay away from it ..

can't go far wrong with a Innokin VTR Been looking at those on the net. They seem to get good reviews but they look a bit "plasticy". Are they well built? 'Plasticy'. They are anything but. They could easily stop a bullet, I kid you not, and would still work after stopping the bullet.
No seriously they are pretty tough and pretty heavy as well, made of thick caste metal parts.
But if you don't mind spending a bit more the vapourshark is very cool, its smaller, lightweight, and is a 30watt mod. Does only have a 1200mah internal battery but the ones out in the US take an 18650 but are more expensive. Greyhaze vapourshark
There are other cheaper options m-vapes has those Hana 30w clones for £60 and have the new IPV2 50watt for £65. Don't think they would be as tough as a VTR if you accidently whack them with a sledgehammer, but hey! how often is that going to happen.

I have loved my Vaporshark DNA 30. Yes it is only a 1200mah battery and it is built in but boy at normal watts 10-15 and normal ohms 1.0-2.0 this thing really lasts.
Took mine out the other night. Lasted from 5pm till i went to bed at 3am and then the next day from 9am till about 4-5pm in the afternoon. Not to shabby if you ask me.
Just waiting for my pink/purple skin to turn up now. Hehe.
Sent from me from some far away land.

IIRC Steve (VapeStorm) had the best/cheapest deal on a VTR in the UK, and if you look at his posts he he is not trying to use the forum to flog stuff, just gives his honest opinion, you can tell as members like him which I'm giving him a plug and you can come here and shout at him if thing go wrong (please don't). Sub 15 watt the VTR is the only player i can think of with a swappable battery (makes things cheaper and easier IMO). Its just the skinny tank thing( <= 20 mm I think Innokin should do a 22.5 mm one) that I object to (you can use the includes adapter for any size atty). Even @johanino hasn't broken one in about 3 months IIRC. (that was far too ling a post for what I was trying to say: if you want a VTR go to Steve (VapeStorm)) E: two posts while i was typoing only downside with the VTR that will cost you bucks to fix is it gets hot easily in the hot weather as it's an all metal affair. Very solid. Yet to fall out of of mod destroying bag I got a leather wrap from vapor lady lounge and it cost me £25 but well worth every penny.... Love my VTR. Yeah almost 3 months and it's still going very strong. The air flow controller is a minor expense but helps save the threads And even though Steve (VapeStorm) and I don't get on I would still recommend him as I've heard he's a top notch vendor
