Air mailing an ego battery

Want to mail an ego battery and a couple of clearos to my mother in hell(law) in Bulgaria.   Do ego batteries count as external batteries or would mailing an ego and a clearo count as internal batts or mailed with electronic devices?

Prices for e cigs in bulgaria are really high and it;s even worse there than here for finding a good starter kit.  Even online retailers there are CE4 freaks.  Hoped to mail our unused gear to get it to her fast and low cost rather than vuy and send from FT with the 1-6 month wait.

Basically, can I mail an ego battery and a clearo or two(not commercially packaged together, but in same parcel) to her legally?

I think an ego would count as an internal battery in an electronic device.

I cant think of a reason you cant, which law do you think might prevent you doing this?

If its this thing about batteries in devices on aircraft, its only devices in hand luggage that you need to prove if the battery works.

Also cannot see any reason why not as battery is part of electronic equipment. Common sense aso prevails and I would discharge/use battery so it is about 50% charged or less...e.g 3.7. This makes it safer should a short occur. Wrap well so it protected against drops etc.
If wanting to order from china to send look at Focalecig.com , I have always found they are quite fast for delivery.. 2 to 3 weeks. You can always ask Foclecig from focal about sending batteries to Bulgaria. They cannot post battery cells but ego batteries and ego kits appear to be OK.
