You could say 13:30 to 14:00 at the bar to pick up your freebies , that way you've got it all done in 30 minutes and you can enjoy the rest of the day doing what you want to do.I'm sure everyone else would think this is the fairest for you too.

I'll be at the bar full stop while your all shopping, I have nothing left to buy and will be giving more of it away on the day. I will not be hiding, I am quite distinctive, and everyone on this list will get what they ask for. I will be at the bar between 13:30 and 14:00 if that suits you, but I don't do regimented since I left the regiment. So I'll be dishing stuff out mostly on Friday followed by bits on Saturday .
