Maybe not screwed on davide/kanger base enough....maybe dodgy (dead) head.....don't know But it's causing flooding....every time I refill it comes out Have just screwed on with pliers Any ideas or do I take it to Cameron's vape shop? (yes cameron might be needing a new kanger protank 2 base and some protank 2 heads sos) Jane

Darn kangers. What I do when refilling is to mop up as much juice from the base and around the head. Make sure to use some tissue to soak as much juice from the wick as possible. This will give somewhere for the juice to go other than into the airways.
You've already noticed it's only when refilling, the juice around and in the head just isn't there on a first fill with a fresh head so there's space to soak up the excess juice and build a vacuum in the tank. Heads that are already soaked (well wicked) can't soak this juice up.

Also check the condition of the washer that seats the head in the base. Usually this washer when squeezed by the tightening of the head, would stop it from unscrewing easily. So it could be missing, that would cause it to leak.

I just screwed it in with pliers and phoned Cameron's vape shop to check he had spares should I need them sos... I know about cleaning the threading....but had forgotten The saga continues LOL
