I could do with a little help please, more so from anyone that has had to deal with SvoeMesto themselves in Germany. So here's the deal, basically my nivel chip in my semovar has decided to play up, or should I say FAIL, a common problem I've read about on other forums for this chip. I have contacted SvoeMesto (by e-mail) about it, and they have e-mailed me back stating to send it back to them explaining the problem, and they will solve the problem and get it back to me asap. They have provided a return address, but upon googleing it, it comes up as a private house on a housing estate  I have been on the SvoeMesto web site to look for the shipping/returns address www.svoemesto.de but dont seem to see it anywhere, and when clicking the English button at the top of the page, everything remains in German. I'm also unsure what to send them back, the original box it came in and everthing in it, or just the power unit containing the chip  I need to send it off and have it returned asap, and e-mails are taking a day to get an answer. Any help/advice would be much appreciated. |

SMtec GmbH Peter-Panzer-Straße 41a 48351 Everswinkel Germany Peter-Panzer-Straße 41a comes up as a private road in a housing area, but!!! if thats what they state. I also wondered the difference between Evers angle and Everswinkel. |
