but here is a great video to show how to oxidise the stainless steel mesh in a bendy shape. perfect for use in the RTA
stainless steel mesh #400 can be bought from the mesh company or ebay

I tried this with some rubber tubeing and whilst I was oxidising the mesh it all melted inside D'OH

It's exactly the sort of thing I'd do, only difference being, I'd blame the rubber for melting . . . rather than myself for using it in the first place!

The thing is as soon as put a lighter to the mesh it dawned on me that the rubber would melt by which time it was to late But you are rite perpy it wasn't my fault how dare that rubber melt on me

So, a serious question from me . . . what's the advantage of using this mesh over the wire/wick arrangement on a RTA. Edited: To try and cover my idiocy.

You get alot more flavour and vapour perpy, even at low voltages you get a fantastic vape, I know using wick I occasionally used to get a burnt taste or a bit of a background taste, that's not happened once since I've used the mesh

Erm it's a bit of faff on the RTA but I'd say it's easier in general once you've done oxidising
