I think so anyhow.

I regulary read a Spanish site and it was their weather forcaster that said Storm Bertha would be making it's way to the UK this weekend.

Well from lunchtime today it has tipped it down, and we have had 2 massive storms knocking the power out.

It has just started again as well.

sammy13 many thanks for the heads up, however i was out with the dogs when we got it here. 

The lab is scared of everything, the spaniel chases lightening,(he's a fearless spaniel) so one  wanted to go back to the car and the other was having a whale of a time.

I got wet, the lab got scared, the spaniel wants to do it again 
Hopefully it will pass, i hate the rain.

I'm sorry but that is soooo funny.

I'm with the lab, terrified of lightening.

There was a huge crack here about 4pm it definitely hit something.

Its been tipping down since lunchtime, and we are now on our third lot of thunder/lightening.......Power stay on please this time

We've had monsoon type rain, thunder and lightening up in North Yorkshire too. Nothing toooooo bad so far and the forecast is looking good for tomorrow. sammy13 hope your power stayed on......my mum lives in Dewsbury, you anywhere near? Fortunately my sister is there for a couple of days so she should be ok!

I'm near York, well between York and Leeds, we always lose power, but twice is taking the mickey.
It's still on this time but we are flooded, and it isn't showing any signs of stopping - luckily I'm in an apartment so as long as I stay indoors no wet thighs
