It's kind of shopping UK related so I feel this is the right place to post. Does anybody else have problems with t-juice.com ?
The site is so slow for me it's unbelievable. sometimes the add to basket button doesn't show up neither, I say sometimes as I've ordered before from t-juice and obviously done it succesfully. This isn't he first time I've had problems with the site. I've been trying to order my red astaire concentrate for the last 20 minutes and I just can't do it. My internet is fine it's only t-juice site and like I say not for the first time. I wanted the order in to hopefully get it for Monday, I have to go out now so probably not going to happen.

I just took an order through to checkout without issue, I hit it with a 15meg connection speed and although it was a tad slower than most it wasn't outrageously bad

What browser are you using and on what device? Try cleaning out browser cache. I had this on google chrome on nexus 7 clearing cache sorted it.

Any problems with ordering from T-Juice I have had (which has only been once over the past year),was dealt with professionally and very quickly.I just can't fault their service. Their Fbook page seems to be the quickest way for them to respond.

But that said my orders have always come by first class post from them. However I think when they mark them as dispatched on their system they don't always mean posted. My last order was processed on a Friday but didn't arrive until the Tuesday and was post marked the Monday.

dreamylittledream i just assumed it would come in a jiffy bag like last time i ordered from them, earlier this year i sent 9 bottles of juice in a small parcel to someone it only cost me £4 for 1st class postage & the person received them the next day if my order arrives tomorrow thats 5 days from said dispatch date.

It will come in a jiffy bag but RM prices these days defy logic and are based on the depth and not the weight of the package
Basically 3 10 ml bottles would go LL and cost under £1 first class
1 30ml bottle is wider and needs to go small parcel rate - thats a minimum of £2.80 second class and £3.20 first.
The delay in delivery could be due to royal fail in general but most likely CV not posting it when they said they would - min took 4 working days from processing to arrive but that was due to them not actually posting it until the day before it arrived, despite claiming it was dispatched some days earlier.
Luck of the draw mind, I do find the chefs pretty reliable and as I was trying to say their postage prices are fair when you consider what RM actually charge

If you are having to pay postage, try and buy more and save! Without getting all techy, it's proably there server if shared or someone on there server farm under some attack, causes the traffic to be very slow. Just wait and try again. Works OK for me now.
