lesley1In the mornings I have either couple rashers grilled bacon with scramble eggs or approx 100g alpro natural yogurt with a seed mix about 25g and handful of blueberries with a soon of erythritol sweetner. Both nice and low carb and filling. Check out the protine rolls from lidls, most T2 can munch these with virtually no spikes and they are very yummy toasted with cheese. I buy the whole tray full then cut in half and freeze 2 rolls per ziplock bag.

T2 here, did a fair bit of testing from the day I got my bg meter.
Tried 100% Pg 100%vg 50/50 mixes vaped each type exclusively for a week and my levels remained steady. Was Vaping 10-12 mil daily of 1-2 mg
Biggest thing to impact my BG is carbs.
I've gone onto a LCHF way of eating and despite eating more I've lost 15lb in 5 weeks purely by not consuming ore than 50g carbs a day.
Being hungry all the time has disappeared and my energy levels are much better.

Been developing my own variant of Jaques le Mon, kaffier lime, lemongrass , shisha lime , touch of sweetner. It's dam close but not 100% happy with it yet .
It's a work in progress lol

I have 2 orders stuck in limbo one was shipped originally via dhl then tracking went dead, had email from ft and its being resent by epacket this was 5 days ago.
Other order is somewhere in the abyss that is hongkong customs .... Ohh joy
Neither contained batteries or liquids , first order wasent even all Vape stuff

I have a 30ml bottle of Campfire Custard and 30ml of Vimto here that I bought well over 2 months ago, the Vimto is Ok but nothing special and I found the custard a bit odd so its been left on the shelf to "mature" it has now begun to change colour (it was almost clear when it arrived) so perhaps its a slow maturer - I'll give it a go again in a week or so and see if theres any improvement. If you want a really tasty custard ghostrider1971 nomnomz are superb and made by our very own iLardyboy I did same order wise a while back, vimto was very meh ended up chucking in some inawera blackcurrant to pep it up lol. The campfire custard was quite nice but not what I was expecting, I made my own batch up with black fire flavour and ironically it works lol. The cherry yogurt is OK but I'm really fussy with cherry Vapes. Raspberry ripple is absolutely divine though. |

I've been using a fair few of the solubarome concentrates, pretty much gone through most of them now. Compared to inawera they are weak but for their price they are pretty good. Gambyt is one of my favourite flavours they make . Also master Fred @14% mixed with master Fred evolution 5% and kiss cool @2% is divine. Kiss cool is nice but is full of blue colour. Mint tea is good buy. Breakfast v1 and v2 are good Grass druid and Mystic cloud are both nom nom Snake v1 is a very good conc Reactor pluid very good |

Got to of these waiting for conversion.
Different wood types.
One of them has been machined at 85mm high, planning on putting a 18650 in at some stage, just need to get my body fit enough to get into workshop 😕
