Visited the Norwich shop today with the wife.. Upon entering the store was greeted by two guys behind the counter with the line "are you vapers?" As I stood there sucking on my vtr [emoji21]and when they spotted it they looked a little afraid. asked about the mrs b's range as didn't get to try them all at vapefest ..to which the response was only got strawberry jam and dandelion and burdock in stock to try..even tho I hoped to try the whole range..asked if they sold concentrates I just got shrugged shoulders and "I don't know" then I asked about the octopus rda to be shown the mini asking for the big one I got "we can order it in" and as soon as other customers walked in the conversation stopped mid sentence and we were left standing like prunes. Not impressed to be honest.. Staff on duty that day seemed to know little or nothing about vaping or have any interest in it Got better service from a stall on Norwich market to be honest even tho his stock was naff I know ecigwizard are a franchise operation but the difference between stores couldn't be more obvious.. I visited the kings Lynn store a few weeks ago ..knowlagable,passionate and helpfull unlike the Norwich one..such a shame

They are losing the plot so fast I can hardly keep up.
I am trying to keep an open mind, but I fear they will soon turn into another greedy franchise operation on a par with Liberty Flights.
