Nice to see you back MD. Isle of man looks fantastic, never been but your pictures make me want to go. Glad you had a lovely time. It's a fab place when it's sunny and in holiday season. Lots of free concerts on in Douglas in the holiday season. Lots to do. Very varied landscape. Yet to put up my pics from Jurby transport museum. Was a free thing and fab!!! Some things you pay more than England/scotland - some less. Museums (unless free which there's lots of them) are generally about £5 or £6 entry. You can get various bus/tram/electric railway passes for the whole of the island. Buses to the main towns are pretty regular. Less so to the more rural bits. Mencap charity shop in Walpole St? I think is fab. cheapest charity shop on the whole island and George at the cafe next door (cafe Latte) is a true gent!!!! I kid ye not I was in there practically every morning from friday at abotu 8am with a whole cafe of working men and not one bad comment, crude or curse word!!! I will be posting more pics next week so keep thine eyes peeled J

Jane you should work for the IOM Tourist board, you sell it very well. I will look forward to seeing more of the beautiful land when you update the pics.
Thanks for sharing them.
