Although they barely count as e-cig vendors(they sell VG) I felt I had to post this.

Went into Boots today with PinkyPuff for some odds and ends (pricey shampoo/conditioner for her) and the guy serving her was brilliant.  As well as great and friendly service, he noticed she wasn't UK native, and took the time to have a conversation with her in Russian (pinkypuff was born in Russia).  This kind of service is what makes a business great.  Thank you boots, and more importantly, thank you John from the Airdrie store.  Your kindness, patience and consideration for customers is greatly appreciated.  People working in shops could learn a lot from you, and those like you.

She studied Russian and Japanese at University in Bulgaria, she has a talent for languages.
