hello all need a wee bit help. i just got my vw kick from fasttech today and was trying to fit it in my nemesis but for some reason i cant get it to fit ! anybody got any ideas it seems as though its the wee sticky out brass thing wont fit in the tube

indeed it is thanks for that it fits now !! it fired too but but there is a gap at the top. ive taken the smallest ring out and it fires but there is a gap. when the smallest ring is in place so there is no gap it doesnt fire ?

The brass thingy like Charlie has said is spring loaded so should be no probs but if its the kick edges then take a nail file or something similar to file down but go easy.

1 Take kick out of top tube. 2 Connect the tube to the top cap with atty on it 3 Insert the kick right way up from the bottom of the top tube. 4 Connect other tubes depending on your battery length 5 Connect switch to the tubes and when you turn it clockwise this will push the battery up to wards the kick and also push the kick up to make connection with the 510 pin. 6 Enjoy.
