Help required....MVP 2 510 connection broken

Hi All, 

Ive had both model's now and the self same thing has happened in both with the rubber gromet in the 510 connector breaking, the first one a modder fixed for me but the mod ended up dying in the end and was thrown out, now the same has happened with this one and its only 4 months old.

I need a modder whos happy to fix this for me preferably with a floating 510 connector to prevent this happening again as other than this the mod is fine and im begrudged to throw it out knowing that with this fix it will work perfectly again.

Hi vaporish,look at striker42 threads,i don't know how to put on a link.He has a fix for the MVP2 510 connection problem.Hope this helps a little.

I don't know how well it would sit on an MVP but maybe add an AFC from VapeEscape to protect your 510 connector, once you have it sorted. Will protect the threads and the connection itself. striker42 seems to be the go-to man for MVPs.

Cheers for your replies chaps but I was hoping I could pay someone a bit more competent and comfortable doing this sort of thing to do it for me, any modders willing to help please pm me.

Striker42, the comment above was not directed at you it was saying that i dont feel im competent or comfortable enough doing this for myself so I'd like another modder to do this for me, obviously id pay for this repair, the initial post and the following was asking for this, if you could do this and would be happy to do this for me then let me know and I'll get the device off to you. I had already read your post prior to posting this and think your handy work with your MVP is excellent, I was putting this out there for anyone willing to do this for me to have the option to have a go with it.
