Let's hope so, but they had "no plans" to let the banks screw the economy or privatise the Royal Fail.

At last... some small consolation today. BUT, there are "No Vaping" signs going up all over town... and we are the home of "Vapefest"... Maybe some "No Bulls" signs need to go up in Pamploma. or "No Football" signs in Manchester.

As a new vaper (still trying to find the best juice(s)), what is the current position on vaping indoors in public places?
Is it essentially down to the establishment or operator?
I am thinking specifically of pubs, restaurants, trains, stations, airports.
I know for a fact that a couple of months ago SouthWestTrains stated on their website FAQs that e-cigs were allowed in stations and on trains yet now the "no smoking" rule refers to both analogue and electronic varieties.
Are we in a position of having to check by-laws each and every time and, worse still, suffer the objections, disgusted looks and "tut tut"s of holier than thou non smokers

Transport for London don't allow vaping on buses and the tube, JD Wetherspoons don't allow vaping in their pubs establishments. It's still fairly draconian.

I try to treat vaping rules as similar to smoking ban. The only difference is they can't really prosecute you for vaping indoors, just ask you to refrain. Its much easier to stealth vape, I just do it subtly, a quick toke in the loos and an occasional vape and hold breath (no vapour after a few seconds) if I'm in a cinema/theatre/arena - low light. But then I do use an SD keyring and mini boge tank, so its hidden in my hand!
