I was going to place another order, read in the E-cigarette/E-liquid Vendors List + discount codes.......(Everythingliquid - AAEC on all orders over £20 for a 5% discount
Free next day delivery on all orders £30 or over)

My order is over £30, but still applies £5 shipping cost upon check out.

This company (used) to be on the ball. I have to say......... that after getting my order this week, I'll be using another vendor. The products are ok and cheap enough, but the packaging needs addressing. Yet ANOTHER order I've got that the box was ripped open upon collection, prob down to the carrier, but, you cant just stick bottled nic and concentrates in a box and tape over the top and post it off. 1 concentrate missing and 2 syringes, maybe they was'nt sent, or maybe they were lost upon the box been ripped open. Either way, EverythingLiquid needs to seriously address the packaging they send out. I can't be @rsed contacting them over what was missing, I'll just use a different vendor in future.

EverythingLiquid, sort your packaging out, and maybe listen to your customers. (MINUS 1).

Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience you may have received with this order.  Our packaging situation is currently being addressed and we have also changed courier for retail orders over to interlink / DPD since your post.  We found that UPS are not just expensive but there have also been a couple of issues similar to the one you have had due to couriers damaging parcels.

If your able to send me over a PM with your order number I will endeavour to have this issue sorted for you immediately.

Unfortunately not at the moment, stay tuned towards the end of the month.  We tend to put promotions up around payday times

In the meantime, you can use code AAEC for 5% all orders over £20
