ZERO NIC juice will need to be tested FFS Correct, however this will be to show that the juice contains no nicotine. Today has been a huge step forward for a lot of manufacturers. Consider that MHRA fee's were originally estimated between 5 - 10k per flavour this money can now be put towards product testing, meaning that a much larger percentage of SMB's will have a fair crack at getting through the directive. An extended deadline to sell off old stock will allow suppliers who can't afford to get through more time to budget for testing, shop keepers will have had a huge weight lifted from their shoulders. For us, the majority of our business is from dealing with SMBs and start ups. This allows us time to really nail down the finer points and bring more manufacturers past the TPD. A brilliant start to the year and awesome end to the week!

Hi Guys, The discount is only on mixmaster concentrates i'm afraid, i would have thought that the £0.99 per TFA would make up for this. Unfortunately we still have to stick to our guns on postage, it's not out of choice but more down to the fact that we pay a minimum of £7 postage per parcel sent with UPS. Due to nicotine being one of our most frequently purchased products we are unable to ship via Royal Mail due to restrictions on the chemicals used both in flavour concentrates and nicotine itself. We did a trial run with APC and UKMail who both failed to match our expectations. If anybody would like to suggest another courier we could work with to send out the smaller concentrates I will be happy to investigate this further and do what we can do offer lower rates to you all. Apologies for any inconvenience, we are doing what we can to bring the postage cost down however please be aware that we are already making a loss on postage charges to you. If anybody has any questions please do let me know and I will do my best to assist. Thanks, Ollie.

Well noted Greigster . It was a shortened hyperlink as seen often on twitter, however once again this is something that has been addressed. Callum's new to the forum game and I think he was just a little excited to post about our discount code / get involved with the community. All posts containing information about our products or services will be proofed for a couple of weeks to ensure this does not happen again. Thanks for being so understanding everybody. Ollie.

Hi Greigster, Yes everythingliquiduk is our new account manager Callum. He will also be spending a little more time on the forums getting to know everyone. Better get him to check the forum rules before you let him loose on here again, I really thought the other 3 posts were spam especially with the dodgy looking links. A lack of communication in the office caused this, my fault entirely and my apologies go out to the entire forum for any spammish posts that may have cropped up. This has now been addressed and Callum will be running over the forum rules again before posting. (I have also messaged @chrissie directly to confirm this.) Sorry to all for any inconvenience / nuisance caused.

AAEC isn't working for me on everythingliquid.co.uk. I'm ordering PG and VG totalling £35.98, so it's over £20 but it says "this coupon is not applicable to your basket contents". Are there any other codes for them that are working? Hi Everyone, Apologies for the discount mishap and delay in response to this thread, our discount code has been adjusted from 5% off any order to 25% off all Mixmaster Concentrates listed on the site. We have also eliminated the need for a minimum spend to ensure that we can provide the best value to forum members. The code is still "AAEC". I did put a post up on the vendors section however I will ensure to update this thread in the future. Thanks, Ollie.

£5 for delivery has always put me off and still does Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately due to the nature of our products we have to send them via a courier that will knowingly ship hazardous materials. Our postage costs are higher than what we relay to the customer however i'm aware this is not good enough for everyone. We are constantly exploring new options, especially a secondary postage option for concentrates only. It's more of a technical challenge to implement different shipping methods on the website that the practicality of taking the goods to Royal Mail. I will make sure to keep everyone posted if we are able to offer cheaper postage options.

Thanks for the code. everythingliquid Just put in an order. Prices are great and the discount is the icing on the cake. Just a bit of feedback on your website though. It's not the easiest to navigate. Perhaps put the flavours into groups to make it easier to browse what you have? I found what I wanted via the search, which worked, but that meant I didn't browse. Thanks for the order and for the feedback! We are currently developing a new version of the website to combat this - additionally we will be splitting the website itself into retail and business sections so that people can easily navigate & find what they are looking for. I will ask one of our magical liquid elves to separate the flavours into categories in the meantime to help make the process a little smoother!
