RSPH have the right idea, but their implementation plan is complete pants  ASH have the right idea, and with a much better implementation plan  I've long-thought that a change of name to something without cigs in it would be far more appropriate, and I do think ASH are well on the right lines there, IMHO. |

The problem I have is the reinforcement this notion has given to the idea that they are

This just looks like another organisation piping up to get noticed and hopefully get some monetary gain. There will be a lot of this silly nonsense as, due to the recent WHO headlines, more and more quangos will come out of the woodwork to offer their views and ''findings'' preceded by the usual ''experts say'' or the old classic ''a recent study has shown''. Personally, I don't waste any blood pressure over this guff.
