So i have 250 ml PG 250 ml VG Nicotine 72mg/100ml PG (not yet arrived) everythingliquid.co.ukCappela Vannila Custard justvape247French Vannila Deluxe justvape247Sweetner (super sweet, capella) justvape247 (thinking i shouldnt have got super sweet) 10g bag of Vanillin powder Assortment of syringes, needles, tubs, gloves ect ect So does that look about right to make pretty much any custard recipe found here on this site ? Looks about right to me &joojitsoo. As sleedale said, any custard juice will need an absolute minimum of 4-6 weeks steeping time, so plenty of patience is essential. Mr Lairey, who was until last week, an exclusively tobacco vaper, has decided he now likes custard juice, so I'm going to have to step up my mixing as I only have 200ml steeping! Its going to be tough holding out for 4 weeks but i will try, need to order some Digbys Mums Custard in to tide me over, wife wont be happy because ive spent about £120 this last 3 days on vaping lol, went into my local vape shop yesterday just to get an emergency 30ml of Colonel Custard (needs must) ended up spending £86, least i have a new SVD and a nautlis mini though Do any of the quick steeping methods work do you think ? like microwave or on a radiator .....even heard of strapping a bottle to a car wheel and driving all day, being a trucker i would do it if it worked Cheers for all replies

You might want to add a bottle of dulce de leche to your list for added creaminess

joojitsoo, I agree with Perpetua, none of the "fast steeping" methods are worth anything. I trialed a milk frother on a mix that I made side by side with a non-frothed mix and it made no difference at all. As for DDL, I don't use it in any of my Custards, but to be fair, these days I don't tend to mix any custards other than Custardy Lovechild. Vanillin, once you have dissolved some in PG, will add a nice amount of creaminess to a mix. That being said, DDL has it's place... just start with a low % as too much will end up tasting a bit like sugar infused cardboard
