I came across this site today www.scoop.it/t/tobacco-harm-reduction there are some interesting articles about E/Cigs and Vaping, it's well worth a look and from reading some of it, we have a lot of backing, one article I found really interesting is this one, funny how WHO seem to have their own agenda when Scientist like Professor Robert West of UCL’s Department of Epidemiology & Public Health are seemingly backing E/cigs,,
