Thought it was about time I gave them the big  I have always had outstanding service from Focalecig delivery times and quality of items have been much better than FastTech and the communication with Foclecig has been excellent. I had my first complaint recently, a Marstech where after a week or so the switch failed, Doris arranged a replacement switch to be delivered with my next order, but not only that, to help with the problems I had setting up the 4nine she also sent a replacement one of those, outstanding service from an excellent company Thank you |

I agree totally, they are the only Chinese Company that provided back up service when i had an issue with the 510 on my Yosen Zero, a very good Company to deal with, that wont abandon you once they have your money.

Well my focalecig maiden voyage has crashed and burned...ordered to 18350 tube mods for an idea im hatching...wait a week for them to tell me its not gonna happen...however the gave me another choice and are gonna chuck in a freebie for the ballsup...so all in all good...but i cant stand the waiting...
