Please don't tar all vendors with the same brush I didnt get that impression from the OP's post ?.....But youll get that with anything you buy, theres good & bad sellers in everything......I bought something from VIP vapes in manchester which broke after 2 weeks & he gave me a full refund with no hassle....Ive bought something from someone else (might be a vendor on here) which has developed faults after 1 week! & the email reply I got!.....well lets just say I wasnt impressed & wont be buying from them again.

The money loss is pretty galling but as I said it's the attitude that really makes me mad. The f**k you attitude. I mean where's the sorry you've had a problem? Or, sorry, we'll try and fix that? And you're pretty much online with this stuff. There isn't a shop to pop into to get replacements so that's more money on postage, recorded deliveries etc. I've spent nearly forty pounds recently and I've nothing to show for it! Grrrrr We're not all the same. I'm more than happy to refund/replace anything faulty (not that returns are high anyway) within a reasonable amount of time. For an ego style battery (which we don't sell), I would say that's a month as they're not the best and most know that. Other electrical vv/vw hardware, at least 3 months (depending on fault could be longer.) Mechs/rbas/rdas i'd expect someone to report within a couple of days tbh as not much can go wrong, but we review every case individually. I aim to reply to email queries within 48 hours, PMs, Facebook or Texts are usually a far faster response time though. I seriously doubt that customer emails would land in spam, hasn't happened to me yet, spam filters are usually a lot cleverer than that. They should *definitely* cover your return postage for faulty items too, I believe this is a legal requirement. The DSR gives you 14 days to return anything unused that you buy online/over the phone. Know your rights and don't let them get away with it. Sent from my GT-I9300 using proboards

I have to admit I've been pleasantly surprised by the quality of vape gear I've bought. Of all the gear I've bought I've only had two items arrive defective, a Vamo from fasttech and a aerotank from focal e-cig, but the tank had a smashed glass tank tyhat probably happened during transit, so can be put down to poor packaging or handling rather than a manufacturing defect.
Didn't bother talking about the tank because i got 7 replacement tanks on the way and it's not worth the hassle and wait for a piece of glass worth under a quid.
The vendors I've dealt with in the UK have been great. MyEpack have always deliverd in 2 days, same with mr e cig, and joose juice have usually been 3 days or so. But special kudos has to go out to John at onestopmodshop for getting a vamo out to me within 24 hours. This is the kind of service that makes these vendors popular and profitable. Just hope that the few vendors who offer poorer service can soon see the loyalty that these aforementioned vendors have from their customers because they treat them well and provide a first class service. @john2k5, it's fantastic to hear a vendor encouraging customers to know their rights, and informing them of them. A sign of a trustworthy company.

I can honestly say I've had mainly 100% great service and dealings with all the vendors I've found on here. If in doubt I ask on here for feedback when contemplating a new vendor. Communication seems to be crap with the one I had the biggest problem with before joining this forum. In fact I typed the vendors name into Google and many posts on here came up highlighting similar difficulties others were having at that time. Which is what lead me to join this forum.
I agree with this: " OneStopModShop (john2k5), it's fantastic to hear a vendor encouraging customers to know their rights, and informing them of them. A sign of a trustworthy company." I've never used them but when I read that, I clicked and had a look at their shop.
I would say to the original poster. Try to pm the vendor in question as email didn't work. Try to phone and if those fail to elicit a reply, put up a review of the vendor.
These guys depend on sales off the internet. Word soon spreads between forums who is good and who is not and these vendors know that. I must of spent a couple of grand since joining here. All with vendors who have been mentioned on here. And not with the one that brought me here!
I'd like to see a list of vendors who have been taken off this forum?

So molly , if you still haven't had a response, and certainly if you haven't had one by Monday, not only would I suggest that naming and shaming is allowed, I'd say its required Once a problem vendor is brought out into the open, where other folk can chime in, they'll generally start responding. As you can see, many of the vendors on the forum are legitimate and helpful - those that aren't need to be pointed out to other members. Either name them on this thread, or as Chrissie said create an new thread in vendor reviews section Its probably not right to start calling a vendor, before you've tried contacting them to sort the problem out, but if its falling on deaf ears, what other recourse do you have....

Vendor has replaced faulty battery. I will post a review in that section. My other vendor is away at the moment. Though to be fair in my last email I did say I'd written off the cost of my faulty batteries. I also remembered to thank them for all their help Needless to say I didn't get a response to that email either! I will send one more when they return.
