Is this calc correct ?

I normally double check for myself by totalling up the percentages in complete recipe to make sure its logical as my maths is appalling!

Just change the 12mg (target) to 18mg.... check that your Nic is PG, not VG... as you have it set as PG and recalc.

Oh yeah, theres a thought taz96 with that custard recipe you are adding about 30% flavouring (which are suspended in PG) and your nictotine base is PG so you may need to tweak mix to 53/47 or something similar as its one you cant get a precise ACTUAL 50/50 with higher amounts of nicotine

53 pg and 47 vg works fine. Go for that, it wont make much difference to your vape

If you have already made it at 12mg, adding another 0.5ml nic will take it up to 16mg and shouldn't effect flavour to much. I think 16mg is the highest you can do making a 50/50 mix and using PG nic with that recipe.

Yes

another way to look at it (for confirming figures) is that the flavour percentages (in a 10ml mix) will be identical to the figures you are adding into calculator MINUS a decimal point = so you can see that 1% reads out as 0.1 in recipe, so now thats definately correct

The the percent of flavourings and nicotine base and pg added together will equal your 50% normally, in this case its 53%
and always just check that your vg reading is 50% (so in 10mls its always going to be around 5mls of your mix)

if, like me, you aren't sure that the calculated amount is correct
The only mistake I make occasionally is adding flavouring into 1st box in flavouring section which is actually for water/vodka (and is rarely used) so just watch out for that

What tank are you using Taz?

And it is still quite soon after mixing... I do find it best after 3 or 4 months.  What have you been vaping recently? That might affect taste perception... Did you use the right brands of concentrate?
