Hi Nosmo-King I would see if the VTR fits your working needs before spending more. Its a tough mod and a battery above 2000mAh will last 20+ hours. I wouldn't worry about terminology to much. Tank is a general term that cover anything that holds the liquid in a 'tank', and clearo is more specific to a 'tank' that uses a screw in premade coil and wick.

Thnx for all replies and advice received, this does seem a very friendly and helpful place to hang out while getting to grips with my new hobby. In reply to 'hijack', the VTR does indeed appear to be a well made device, however I work in a very harsh environment ( heavy engineering fabrication shop ), and it would break my heart to see it clogged up with dust or mangled. So I think I will go for the MPV as my workplace device, and keep the VTR as my evening home vaper, along with the suggested airflow controller to protect the threads, as the MPV will be cheaper to replace if/when tragedy occurs. Regarding the MPV, what would you guys suggest as to a good set-up ? I see 'BVC' has been mentioned, but being a noob, have no idea as to the pros and cons of such things. The main plus point to the MPV for the way I plan on using it is the battery life, and no need to carry a spare battery around. My hope is that I can use it all day at work, then recharge it during the evening at home ready for the next day, am I on the right track here ?

Hi, I'm also looking to get a mains to USB charger adaptor type of thing, ideally with 2 USB outlets, anything I should look for in the specs, or to avoid ? Thnx

Mvp is good choice for work Nosmo-King if you don't want to scratch the shiny VTR. Ill link the airflow control that was mentioned as there are many others that are designed as an add on for certain clearo's and you want the 510-510 type I use one of these and they do the job as the VTR threads are made of a softish alloy and being a fabricator you will know what stainless threads will do to a softer alloy over time. So just tighten it down enough so it doesn't unscrew when you remove your tank.
