blakey and @windows i see your point, but i think actually killing them might prove a bit problematic ? Although i am open to suggestions We need a cunning plan lol Cunning plans are not my department, all my cunning plans end in tears. (mine usually ) Even my beloved spaniel tells Mrs S i been down the pub ( or maybe she guesses when i can't work my legs )

What is worst, they hve a ride out and then they come into my local. I'm sat at the bar and 50 of the bastards shove, push and jostle. One by one they order n orange squash or a coke. I take a toke on my vtr and about 10 of them shout OI HE'S SMOKING, bare in mind this ismy local and we see these twats about once every 6 months. Having given up trying to explain on numerous previous occasions that I wasn't smoking etc etc. They came in last night same shit different day, had enough shouted, "Oi I'm vaping not smoking, and you all stink of sweat" Can't understnd why they went to th other bar!

I've been riding motorcycles for years. I wonder what the authorities would say if I asked for a few roads to be closed all day so I can organise something. In Cornwall, we have an annual biker's event which regularly draws 600 or 700 bikes, the Martin Jennings Memorial Run. I'm not, and never have been, a biker, but this run is in memory of a young rider who was killed in a motor accident, and the money raised goes to local charities. This event starts and finishes in Truro on Sunday, and it has been going for many many years. The route is some 70 miles long and takes riders throughout West Cornwall. Also in Truro this Sunday is the Truro Half Marathon, which will involve some road closures, although it takes in lanes and footpaths for some of the route. To cap it all, it is Truro Day on Sunday, and this will mean more road closures and loads of pedestrians walking to Boscawen Park where there is no parking available as the car park is (rightly so) reserved for disabled motorists. I will be avoiding Truro like the plague, and plan to be 10 miles away on the river in my kayak where there is very little traffic, and most of not motorised!!

Good for you. They really are a bunch of ignorant dicks. What makes me laugh the most is the stupid getup they wear. Its not even as if they need to wear it they just think it makes them look special. And your right they always stink of sweat and that bloody cream they have to rub into thier bollox cos thier pants are to tight and the saddle is too hard. But im afraid this type of nonsense is just par for course now days and its only going to get worse now the stupid tour de idiots is now over here every year.

Great minds think alike Last year there was 1600 bikes. The start in Truro at about 9.30, Beacon 2.30ish and finish in Falmouth at about 4 with live music. I noticed Truro is shut off in for the half marathon. I guess I will be helping my daughter finish her packing for uni.

What annoys me most about cyclists is two fold, first :- The way they think they own the road , IF they had tax, insurance, mot, licence and passed a test, then they can moan about car and motorcycle drivers and riders, until such time , STFU cyclists. Secondly :- The way these morons have their feet clipped onto their pedals, so they say they have an EXCUSE to go through red lights and across junctions giving NO care to any other road user.

Seems i have struck a cord here and im not the only one thats fed up with these morons. We even have an anual midnight, yes i did say midnight cycle ride just up the road from me. So they are not satisfied with closing roads, but now it seems they want to keep people awake at night. i know it will prob sound extreme but im seriously thinking of trying to start a petition on the downing street web site to get some sort of regulations introduced for cyclists such as requiring them to have some sort of third party insurance and for the same penalties to be applied to them for road offences. They also need to put a stop to the amount of cycling clubs that think its ok to do time trial events on public roads every weekend without getting any permission.
