That's exactly what I had to do Windows, it still took me a week to sort it out, every time I called and said I still can't access my account they said they had no records of my calls, I felt like a B****y Terrorist with all the questions they asked, how the hell do you remember the details you put in 10 years ago,,,

There will be lots of stuff they can ask you that only you would know.
You wont be the first person this has happened to so they should be able to sort it.

Unless you can log into your account and update your personal info yourself there is no way round it im afraid apart from calling them.

Even with all the right details because it is now a gmail account ( was bt internet account ) when she created it we never used the bt account really and its been inactive fir overb6 years lol so its long gone there was no way to recover it.

I have an idea flavourtank send me your ebay username by pm and i will send you a meesage via ebay. This should also come through to whatever email is registered.
