Just wondered what the best tank section is pmma, poly carb, and if there is any others apart from glass, ssteel. Not really a plastics expert I guess they all crack with certain liquids but what one will last the longest do you think ?

Ive had these poly tanks for a while and they seam immune to any tank cracking juices Ive tried so far. Snake oil sent my original (clone) supplied tank foggy in no time. With the fasttech tanks Ive tried : snake oil , spider venom and plenty of citrus juices . zero fogging or cracking

I'm not entirely sure about the reactions to juices, but they both have potential plus points.
Polycarbonate is much stronger and less brittle than PMMA (also known as acrylic)
Polycarbonate could contain BPA (the chemical that caused controversy by it's use in babies bottles and toddlers plates/glaases/cutlery due to it's apparent health risks)
Personally, I always try to use pyrex tanks to avoid cracking issues.

Not sure of the difference but I tend to stick with Pyrex / Glass tanks to avoid the problem
